@StirpeRomana you're right, similar does not mean "the same" and having done both I concur they are in fact similar. main difference is in close range fighting, in sanda you'd be looking for the throw as opposed to mt using the clinch elbows and knees
@StirpeRomana Wrong and right, many Sanda fighters DO indeed incorporate muay thai moves, seeing as they need more KO power. Not "similar" to muay thai.
