@McCaler True.people with apd often take jobs beneath their capability or turn down promotions because they fear the responsibility or fear critical evaluation of their performance.

@McCaler I do well in school and I think I have a slight touch of this disorder or something similar, haven't went to the doctor to see but I want to be a scientist or maybe an engineer. I could be wrong about my previous comment but you could find out to be sure.

@McCaler Depends on the type of job. Most people who are intelligent and have a disorder similar to this are most likely scientists and engineers, including computer programmers.
