Wall Street: $33 billion in tax refunds

Wall Street regulation is the hot topic today; President Barack Obama gave a speech to the finance industry encouraging them to join him in reforming Wall Street. However, what about reforming the tax refunds that these major banks will net? It is reported that big banks will receive $33 billion in federal tax refunds this year alone. David Degraw calls the banks financial terrorists and the discrepancy between rich and poor is increasing.
