you can convert XP not buy it...

the Tier 8-10 is expensive but ok if you keep a lower Tier that you are good with.

detracting is awesome and annoying most likely what the devs were going for.

(detract a IS-7 as a T20 and let the arty kill it as you run like a pansy)
