My first Neti Pot experience

I bought a Sinu-Cleanse 'Neti Pot' at the health store last week, and this is my first time using it. It's a little gross, but well worth it. It helps so much!

It helped me so much even though I didn't use a netti pot instead I used a glass of warm water with salt then I spooned the water into my nasals
