There's an easier way than this, using Winrar. Make an archive full of whatever you wish to hide, and put it in the exact same folder as the image. Then open CMD and change the directory to that of your files by using the "cd" command. For example, put the files on the desktop and type: cd desktop. Then type:
copy-/b-Your image.jpg-+-your archive.rar-your image.jpg and hit enter.( the "-" dashes mean spaces) The image is now an archive. To delete all files, edit the image in paint. ;)
