This is Arne Wong, creator of this cartoon. I'm so surprised to see it on youtube. Curious how it got here, please let me know Kengorski. This was made in 1978 for Hal Jepsen's "Skateboard Madness", the first skateboard cartoon in the first skateboard feature film. If you can find the first frame of the closeup eyes of the four armed skater that gets catapulted from the finish line at the end, you'll see me drawing this cartoon in his eyes. WOW! Thanks for replying. I first saw "Skateboard Madness" on late night TV while in college. I downloaded a copy of it years ago before it was available on DVD, I cut out this part and uploaded it to youtube, since it appears the current DVD is missing it.
