Ronnie Shalvis Free Running during the sunrise, atop the peak of Stansbury Island over the Great Salt Lake.
While camping on Stansbury Island we decided to wake up early in the morning and hike the mountain we were next to so that we could catch the sunrise. Atop the mountain, at the last minute we decided to make a video with my friends camera that doesn't normally do video, which is why the quality is poor, but the pictures are fantastic. Enjoy :)

Your aerial tricks are good, but your movement is kinda slow, not slow, just kinda. That little rock slalom did not look very impressive. The side flip over the fire was nice though. I guess with flatter land and more features your speed would be better too.

mostly parkour. do you know the difference between parkour and freerunning? do you have a preference? i like parkour but i guess what im doing is freerunning because at this point i just mainly work on parkour maneuvers.

the 360 wallflip was awesome nice and clean and the rest was really nice too its kind of diffent to see freerunning in the mountains :D
