From one of Cleveland, Ohio's best known local shows, WJW's Hoolihan & Big Chuck. It's possible that this is just a promo, but it looks like an opening title sequence to me. I'm not seeing any clips that would date it past 1972 - 73.

Watching Hoolihan and Big Chuck back in the day made me laugh as my mom and I were surviving in one of Cleveland's worst neighborhoods on the East Side...that brings back memories!

This was a promo they ran at various times to advertise the show. I remember seeing this on Channel 8 back in the day.

Lost a lot of sleep watching these guys as a teenager. Well worth it. Sad that there isn't more local programming like this anymore.
