@Blackson187 I know I have been there. I am currently doing restorations in Englewood and Douglas Park in Chicago.I feel proud to resurrect these buildings as there are plenty of people who need the housing.It is just very costly and difficult to make it a financial success but I will continue to try. @52969RST The property was sold and the new owners decideed it was not worth it to have tenents. Upkeep is surpassig value which is not good to all property owners.
