G-Man TV fragment (female voice)

I did some work on this. First part contains three repeating music samples, so i managed to get a clean third one (without background voice), cloned it, synchronized with original, inverted and mixed. As result, i got almost clear voice part, without music.
Still, can't get what she says. Some code, "Ted, George, George, Ted", or whatever.
I hope you can come up with some better ideas...

It starts at about 0:05, hardly recognizable because of the background music which i removed here...

@DrZebranski Now i know where i heard this before! you can hear something very similar to the soundtrack in 28 days later soundtrack when they're at Jim's old house. If i remember correctly the radio was giving out some coordinates.

there are 2 possible thinks for me i have good ears she say 5 00 11 mixed russian english or 5 9 9 11 mixed russian german and englisch so the one thing sis pyat nol nol eleven or pyat neun neun eleven but even this is right the code cant be translated because of the missing key u need a key too translate it otherwise ther number station is nearly unbeatable
