this kind of video shows that music videos dont need to be flashy or "sexy" as they are portrayed now but just need good music and make it seem that the people who made it just wanted to have fun.

well they did this to help the crowd separate who was singing, because in those days it was supossed to be ONE lead singer, and this is how they helped portray that, even though they went back and forth betwee lennon and mccartney...
