I have done this about 3-4 sucessfully times, but now.. when i paint above another area thats already painted the colous goes deeper. Now when i remove the outer layer half of the body colour disapears.. any help?

@CodeIamx click 'q' to access the quick mask mode, then click on the the 'q' key to modify/remove/ etcetera :) If you use that shortcut key then you shouldn't have any problems accessing the quick mask mode :)

Thanks for the tutorial and your time, but using THE QUICK MASK TOOL is not a good choice to subtract an image to put it on a new background. Not at all! Is going to take you a very long time, and by the time you are done...May be a new president will be on command!

you started painting inside of the characters you wanted to export, but when you were painting the counter areas, you painted the outside of the figures. Confused.

Gah!i tried going into quick mask mode,but it tells me i could not use color replacement tools because it doesn't work with alpha channels:/ any help?
