I watch Top gear and fifth gear although top gear is good fifth gear is not bad but they should call the show reverse gear not fifth gear XD

I wish Fifth Gear didn't try to sound so authoritative. Their science is half-assed and ignores a lot of variables. I would like to see the results of several different makes and engine designs in something like this.

His hands not positioned correctly on the steering wheel for high speed reverse driving. One hand should be on the wheel at the six O'clock position, this eliminates reverse weaving that he is experiencing very badly. Learned this in police pursuit driving school.

Anybody else think this was obdvious? Reverse is a straight cut gear in most gearboxes which is why you get a whine. That also means its stronger by design so if the gearbox doesnt brake in forward its not going to in reverse.
