This clip quickly demonstrates the Chi Kri method of raising and lowering using the entire ab area. Get a song you like, and start lowering and raising on the beat....
The track will keep you in time to make sure you are working, and it will also make the muscles tense and relax alternatetly - which is a good way to do roll ups every now and then as it highlights chunks of muscle.
Of course, doing this without a beat is fine also, but this is mo' fun!
*btw the track is an old school hip hop joint called "Step Off" by Grandmaster Melle Mel and the Furious Five (dont ask me what they were so furious about). But it's a dope track. And one only true Hip Hop fans will rate...!
