if your replacing the digitizer, i recommend getting new front housing with included digitizer, no need for the oven then, easiest digitizer replacement ive ever done, only needed to get to 4:03

@meinnnit Well I was being extra cautious by having bare feet on a the ceramic tiled kitchen floor (on a concrete subfloor), having totalled the processor on a pc with static before. I have never seen static from pure cotton, but take a polyester or nylon garment off in the dark and you get a free light show. Anyway the phone is still fine.
