Those terrific South Bend timelapses (done by hand), fisheye shots, and many other beautiful shots came from WNDU's Lou Pierce, who also contributed some cool stuff to NBC News Overnight back in the day.

@raymieX I noticed. It looks like a hybrid of WCAU's 1977-95 logo with the pointed "1".

@videonut33 The main difference for the WNDU "16" is the shape of the 1 glyph — it's a little more pointed.

Did'nt know that JCBurns made GFX for WNDU in the mid-80s!
(The "16" slightly looks the same to this day)

I can tell that KJRH in Tulsa, OK aired the nighttime version of "The Price is Right" with Tom Kennedy back in the day.
