1 and 1/4 squat .. works the teardrop muscle to stabilize the knee .. this is using lift polates and rest pause techniques .. strip set leg press - I have a bad lower back from going too deep into the leg press it rotates your pelvis upward and pulls at vertibral ligaments,,, try putting one hand on your lower back during heavy presses and see how much your hand hurts!
Lookin' big and thick Iris. Today was my leg day. Got up to 320 on the Smith machine for six. I can't go a low as you these days, but do get parallel.
Q) I 've been going lighter on leg press machine, but going super deep - knees to nips. NOT GOOD?

Very impressive. I bet you had some doms after that. I'm gonna try the 11/4 squats, im sure they kill the quads.
