Blender Game Enging testing.wmv

I have basicly been working on this project on and off all year. i started right after the super blender galaxy. I already have so proofs of concept for online play in blender. this will be a 3v3 or at the least a 2v2. i plan completion yearly next year. really wanted to make the gears of war 3 dead line just for kicks but oh well.

@Games2097 well i still have all my files. unfortunatly they are all made in 2.49, so that means i would have to convert all my 90+ python scripts. There is also alot of bugs in blender 2.61 But good news is that i am learning openGL so i'm making shaders with SBG in mind. But remaking it sounds like a great idea, and now that know how to create a network with python i can even make an online mario fan game. ideas?

@krawnian i dont have a mic right now. i wanted to wait but a lot of people are making online game, and ragdoll stuff. I dont want to look like i copied them, i had all my proof of concepts done early this year.

Also, why make this game online? I think you should make it offline, which would allow for better frame rate and a better story.

@krawnian its gonna be online because i don't have the time for a story. That would take a single person an eternity. especially the quality i'm trying to achieve. So i already have the mechanics of the game working all i have to do is build the online system, no need for AI.

This is really cool man, Ill probably never get close to the tip of your awesome gauge lol. Idk though I surprise myself sometimes lol. Trying to get inspiration from other peoples games before I try cracking down on mine.

@SmudgeFiststudios Ah no worries, I'm just about to get started myself. I already made a my first game (not really a game) Just a ball on a plane. You can move around and jump, but I got to say not bad for a first lol. Getting serious now :).

@carlosandlexi hmm hard question :D but why don t you just make(like you said ) a remake it would be a bomb,trust me :) something like galaxy or mario bros 3 or new super mario i just don t have strong pc and i don t have any of consoles i think i newer will xD :D until i grow up.So it would be good if someone create a game like this for pc (you) tnx man on answer and plss continue working on mario game :) i am a big fan of yours :D
