http://www.driver-coaching.com - Only done a couple of sessions with Ben a couple of years ago but the opportunity arose to put the VIDEO4 system in his car for the Silverstone GP round of the Elise Trophy. The race is run on the old layout, now called the Bridge GP Circuit, the new one which F1 (Formula 1) will race on in June will be the new Arena layout.
The Elise Trophy always provides plenty of action and this race is no exception having to be red flagged owing to a fairly substantial crash at Becketts.
Ben had much success in the Class B Elise Trophy in previous years but as 2010 is for A class cars only Ben had gone back to running the K-Series and as is still getting to grips with driving the lower powered car. A grid position outside the top 20 was uncharted territory for Ben but his skill and speed showed in the race when he passed many cars to finish the race just outside the top 10.
This is part 1 which is about half race distance, be sure to check out part 2 for more great action from Ben.
Video is captured on a 4-Cam Video4 setup from Race-Technology, supplied, fitted and operated by www.driver-coaching.com.
