  • does it matter how many numbers you use in the table....like you used 5 numbers could i use, say 3?

  • For cube roots, you probably need about 5 points to really figure out what's going on. For square roots, 3 is probably enough. It also depends on which points you pick. If your picture isn't good enough, you need more points!

  • wait, where did you get those numbers from? like filling in 8 for x?

  • I just arbitrarily chose them. I picked values for x that would give me "pretty" values for y so they'd be easier to graph.
