the 2nd Amendment bestow upon the people the right (not privlege)to bear arms any so-called laws that are repugnant to the constitution are null and void. it is unconstitutional to turn a constitutional right into a privlege and charge a tax or licnse fee for it.there are no subsections attached to that right establlished by The Constitution of The United Statew Republic. A well regulated Millitia enforces "TCOUSR".

But it is far less than the media and Govt make it seem.

While I am very pro gun I doubt there has only been 2 deaths related to illegal full auto ownership since 1924. The 1929 St. Valentines day massacre had 7 deaths alone.

Everyone who hasn't gone to go to jail should be able to own an automatic gun.
-
I guess the government worries about gang violence and thats why they make all of these laws but gangsters cant shoot worth a shit anyway.

i was wondering do u have to do this for all the automatic guns?
do you have to re-apply for each gun or is it one and done

@ikeehw Well-each gun comes with paperwork. I mean its not like getting a car sales license and fill up with cars. You have to SHOW where these guns came from. Pay the Stamp.However- you can Own and buy pretty much anything. People can come to YOU to transfer guns now. Its a DEALER license. No you get one FFL license. Dont need to apply for everygun .

Unfortunately, I can't get the sound working on this computer of mine, but I was looking into N.F.A. firearms up here in my nice, gun-friendly state. I would love to own a full auto M.A.C. 10 and came close a year ago, but was kinda hesistant as I wasn't sure what I was getting into exactly with all the responsibilities. The Class 3 dealer assured me that I wouldn't be giving up my rights to A.T.F., but still have reservations as I don't know exactly. Can you help me out with that info?

@erkoekrf That Class 3 guy will be able to get you there. Also certain gun store owners and so on so forth. If your concerned about being on the ATF spotlight. Let me put it to you this way. Its like living where there are just Horses and buggies. Then YOU decide to get a car. Well, just like Full Autos. You need to Pay "Taxes" while you own it. Register it like a car so on so forth. Its just your dealing with something New & unfamiliar but becomes VERY familiar after first time.
