Bowman Rd Crossing. Westbound #7.
I think this was when they were having troubles with the new Genesis engines cuz almost every train had an old F40 on it.

  • i'm not sure. they usually always had an F40 paired with them tho lol for some reason.

  • note the ditch lights not alternating, and that paint scheme just looks soo good on the genesis' and all locomotives, for that matter

  • @utcada There were only 46 P40s on the Amtrak system-the P42s didn't arrive until 2001 or 2002. F40s were there because there wasn't enough Genesis engines to have two on a train, as they were needed in the New York area for operation through the Hudson River tunnels in which the F40s could not operate in.
