You can always count on NSG MGNT, to do nothing with problem aids. Hospitals that do not have union aids are scared that the aids may try to join a union- so the hospital may fire you and let the aid
slide. Fighting to keep a union out can cost MILLIONS. If the aids are already in a union, the hospital will still look the other way, its cheaper to get rid of you the RN who is making a stink than take on the union laywers. You the RN and the PT always lose. Welcome to health care!!
