  • "Your door is ajar!"

  • I remember my grandfather having a New Yorker Electronic Voice Alert. He got a real kick out of it saying "door ajar"!

  • Hmm, Khan, I mean Ricardo, and lasers.

Not as great as the Cordoba commercial, but still very amusing.

  • Smooth dude...he could sell a polished turd to the masses and they'd buy it!

  • with the cost of gas today, you might go for a month before your next fillup. Unless those models had turbo engines in 'em, you weren't goin' NO WHERE with a standard 2.2!

But the way they make the I4 engine TODAY, I'm shocked and impressed. The V8 might be nearing extinction before we know it. I drive an '04 Malibu Classic, and that thing FLIES like the wind, too!

  • I remember telling my friends in high school that my '83 Dodge 600 was "technically not a K-car but an E-car", trying to remove it as far as I could from a Reliant or Aries. But they didn't buy any of it. They were K-cars to everbody. It was a surprisingly ballsy car with the 2.6/ 2 barrel. I remember shocking a high school acquaintance who was a passenger one night by driving it through the police station parking lot and flooring it out of the entrance! "It really moves!" He owned a '74 Javelin

  • (SIGH)

  • Montalban was a classy cat, man! Why Chrysler reduced their luxury cars down to K frames I'll never know. Shockingly they sold well in the 80s. And if those aren't K-cars, they sure resemble 'em BIG TIME! I had an '89 Reliant from '94-'97. Loved it, too!

  • Did the car just talk or am I hallucinating again?

  • there was also a back-talkin' french version in quebec. "Votre porte et mal fermee" (door closes) ; Merci.

  • No fine corinthian leather?

  • Oh no there he is!!........."Khaaaaaaan"
