Can You play pizzicato on flutes? The famous Pizzicato-polka by J. Strauss in Gergely Ittzés's transcription sounds on four flutes very much like on strings.

It's really amazing how they play the pizzicato on flutes... I have not even know that something like this was possible...

my flute teacher said to tongue hard without actually blowing. maybe try saying 't' or 'p' :)
