@ur2cheezy no because 3 is potty training years you should start buying pull-ups and start trai him because i 1 year he is going to start school ad they dont alway kids that are not potty trained onies can make it harder for them to learn how go to the bathroom with out your help you still have a year so you have time :) good luck
