This song 'Happy', is from 'Natasha Bedingfeilds' thrid studio album 'Pocket Full of Sunshine', what in my opinion is also a amazing song. 'Happy' is all about how much ahpilness you can get from the world and how much time we waste being sad, when you can be 'Happy'.
