Chris makes a tasty meal with these steak tostada salads. He starts off using thin slices of new york steak strip-loin, than he pounds it even thinner to completely tenderize it. The jicama, radish, and cilantro make the salad burst with flavor. The freshly fried tortillas are the base of this delicious easy meal. You could substitute the steak with any chicken, pork, or fish or your choice. Enjoy!

  • Nice job! I was taught never to use a steel knife in lettuce as it will cause it to go brown twice as fast. But Id pay $10 for that meal sized!
