@takethatflfl go look at sikky(dot)c0m I know that they make a kit for the s14 but I'm not sure about the s13. Go with the LS1 over the LT1. Far superior engine and they are still very cheap. Most people get them straight out of vettes but you can get them from an f-body too. The whole swap would probably cost around 7-8k if you can do the work yourself. Otherwise you're paying for labor too which gets pricey. Good luck!

He should gear his diff. Lower or run the engine at a higher rpm and get those tires spinning. Many experienced drifters will also use the rev limiter to straighten the car up, but he it not pushing it. It also takes a lot of grip to run an ls.
