at 4:18, "Could you please repeat the question again?", my opinion is the word "again" can be deducted in her question as the word "repeat" already has the meaning of "again".

Actually, this is my opinion that this ielts test mustnt be for Cookery or hairdressing.

You need to make up false stories. Its important to answer any questions that are being asked whether you know it or not. In addition, you must not speak any negatives. ;)
