As I'm reading some of the comments below, I can see why some of you raise her race as an issue. We live in a world still reaping the benefits of Western imperialism - ergo, our contemporary definition of beauty is a blond or brunette woman with curves and an athletic figure. Is this simply another testament to racism in the US? Well of course, and I hope as we progress toward improving race relations, the word "beauty" will encompass all shades of color. lol, I have never understood people getting all up in arms about the tone of someone elses skin. My Grandmother once told me: "If you ever date a "chink" I will disown you..." I understood her predjudices, since she came from the WW2 era and had a hate on for asians and Germans...but it didn't stop me from going out with a nice Korean girl for almost two years.
