I know I'm going to get a lot of shit for saying this, but I just may like this band more than I like Botch. It could just be that I've listened to them for years and have forgotten how much that approach to music blew my mind when I was first exposed to it... but damn it, Narrows has some of the best arrangements I've heard in this genre in years. It just goes to show you that being technical and playing in complex time signatures is only as relevant as your ability to write memorable songs...
