The road in Hildebran is completely blocked off. You may be able to walk down the street for a ways and see it from a distance. However, the site in Shelby is right in the middle of town, and may be a little easier to see since they can't "cordon" off the entire city. Shelby is about a forty minute drive from Hildebran.

I hope this movie helps to make this a historical site, they were talking abo tearing it down....but I think it's far too amazing for that! I'll never forget when I first discovered this place!

I live about ten minutes from this place. Went down yesterday; it really is a magical place. It has an atmosphere of romance and serenity.
