Meditation/chant of VA-YA-NA-MA-SI and SADA SIVOM

Through the teachings I learned from Dr. Pillai, I chant the sacred sounds of Vayanamsi in the chakras to intergrate the subtle body with the divine forces of nature. Then I go on to chant Sada Sivom so that our consciousness begins to remember that the inside and outside world can not be separated.
