@Seaxnton you know, like a sort of aura or mist around the moving heads that gives in an etherical effect. Maybe using photoshop or 3d studio max maybe?

My only critique would be to find a way to film a perfectly still body and then maybe splice the head movement onto the shoulders or vice-versa to give it an even more creepy effect.
