Jesus said to judge by the fruit that the tree carries. This is talking about the way a person lives. You can tell whether or not a person has the Holy Ghost in them by how they live. If there is no change in how you live (if you don't repent of your sins) then there is no proof of salvation. Don't tell me that I can live in fornication and lies in Jesus' name. To live in this way in the name of our Lord is taking on His name in vain, and it is a high form of blasphemy! REPENT OF YOUR SINS!

If you are truly saved, then good works will result that. The fruit of the Spirit, and even some gifts of the Spirit will manifest themselves in your life through how you live. Let your light shine, so that men will see your good works and believe and praise the Father in Heaven! I would rather preach living in holiness than the idea that you can live however you want and not suffer the consequences. Jesus is a God of love, but He is also a God of judgement. YHWH hasn't changed and He won't!

Preaching that repentance and baptism are essential is not teaching that salvation is accomplished by our works, but that we must be obedient to the commandment of our God. Jesus is God and He commanded for us to repent. If we obey Jesus, then we have the love of the Father. A spiritual work is accomplished in repentance and baptism, the mere actions do not accomplish anything. You can be dunked in water and have no change in your life, or you can live right and not have the Spirit of God in you

I see no false Gospel here. I believe that repentance is essential for salvation. What is the point of asking God to forgive you if you're just going to continue to live in sin (Romans 6:1-7). If there is no repentance, then there is no salvation. The people to whom Peter was preaching at Pentecost said, "What must we do to be saved?" Peter's reply was, "REPENT and BE BAPTIZED in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."
