Here the ninja is demonstrating a wide array of kicks and punches on the BOSU ball. Being able to move quickly with strength and power while in an unstable position is the basis for dynamic athletic performance. With the proper progression and programming, any able bodied person can achieve this level of balance, flexibility, speed and relative strength. Efficient movement is the essence of functional training and is at the forefront of modern day athletic performance training.

This type of training is supreme to that of training with machines because it forces your body to utilize more stabilizing muscle groups during the execution of the mvoement. It also greatly benefits the core which in turn will help lower back health, and overall posture and alignment throughout life.
