RAW & FIT Experiment II Day 53 - RITUALS...

I've discovered the best way to socialize while being a raw fooder in this country is DANCE!! Perth is yet to catch up with States, no raw food restaurants here :(... That's me dribbling cause it's so sad.. Boo...

Making dancing a ritual (something that I do without fail or compromise) is turning out to be a huge blessing... No matter what my energy is like when I arrive, I always leave with a huge smile on my face :)

I love watching you...you make me smile!!! That is so true...I found that going to dance is the best when drinking clubs and other social events get boring when you don't drink or smoke.

I've watched several of your blog entries and this is more in response to one froma month ago . Your sweetness of spirit and patent desire to be your best self is very endearing. My own desire is to radiate God to people so clearly that they recognize they are loved by me and by Him. In your explorations, I'm wondering if you have ever read Romans. If not, I hope you will. I would enjoy your thoughts on that, as well as eating raw, lindy hopping or whatever. Hoping every joy for you.

acai is way too expensive for me, a bottle of it like the size of a litre would be $60 dollars. i have not found the powder yet though.
