Oh but they can. These 430 racers are in the challenge series, which has many restrictions. They use the std. F430's as a base. The power is less, they are forced to run with steel disc, they are not as aerodynamic, and they don't have active diff. or aids (tc, abs, etc) of any kind. The Scuderia has 20 more hp, better aero, carbon disc and lots of electronic gizz-mos. The only thing that the challenge car has is slicks, lighter weight, race tune. Basicaly the Scuderia can beat a challenge car.

A stage-3 430 is like 400K+ The scuederia makes nice compromise if you want something faster than a standard 430; but can't afford half a mill on a race-spec one.
