Yes, I will do this when I have my friends over soon. It looks delicious and easy and great that
it can be made ahead!!!! Thanks for another suggestion!!!!!

@yaoifangirl2009 Thanks, it's a great addition to all the heavy dips on most platters. I like guilt free, healthier alternatives that still taste great.

Hello Lady Yum Yum,
I am an 11 year old girl, my name is Laney. I LOVE to watch all of your cooking channels. My brother and I are good little chef's who cook lunch everyday. The first recipe I saw was your guacamole recipe. It looked delicious enough to try so thats what I did. I made your guacamole with your baked tortia chips. It's AMAZING!!!! My family and I are vegetarians. I wanted to ask you if you could make a low fat mac and cheese.
Thank you so much.
Love, Laney

@LOL48183 Hi Laney, thank you for such a wonderful note. That's so cool that both you and your brother are chefs. I'm happy you liked the guacamole and I'm quite impressed that you also made the tortilla chips. I am going to try this week to figure out how to make a lower fat mac and cheese. Look for the recipe in one of the next few shows. I hope you and your family enjoy them. Sparkles to you!!!

Love, love, love this recipe. I am going to make this! Do you think it would be good with some red onion? :D Have a nice day, ma'am! :D
bakingchin 1 month ago
@bakingchin Yes, I think the red onion will work great, just don't add too much because I think it could overpower the cucumber. One thing you might try is caramelizing the onion before you add it. I've done this many times and I really love it that way.
