  • @simsotexsublimation the sesame oil part is true i think since the seaweed dry and gonna stick to moistness . IM NOT AN EXPERT . im just going off what i assume and u can say its like sushi without the fish but it has different seasoning than sushi and u can put watever kind of meat u want . you dont even have to have meat . hope that helped . ^__^

  • So kimbap is basically sushi but without raw fish? Or is it the flavor profiles? The tutorial is really helpful, though I tend to find with a bamboo mat its easier to roll up, then by hand...do you find that is the case? Also, I heard that if you put sesame oil on the outside it's easier to cut, is this true?
