Please delete this. the US economy did not collapse, in fact it rebounded its almost back up at 8470 points for the dow. government finances cannot collapse as well because of the amount of money that the us government pays out. See, they only pay the interest payments on the money. not huge amounts of money. they can keep barrowing money from other countries.
