  • 真的有用喔!!我剛剛試了就瘦了兩公分!可是因為它只適用將內臟­挪到正確位置的原理,所以小腹瘦了,腰圍卻變大了(內臟都跑過去­了嘛)。不過腰圍比小腹好瘦,又加上內臟位置正確比較好,覺得早­晚各一次,然後拼命減腰,就可以有瘦腰又沒小腹了!

    當然也要注意站姿正確。
