  • His form was good but you should never squat in running shoes. Either do your squats without shoes on or buy flat-soled shoes specifically designed for squatting. I guess chucks (or similar) might work as well. Squatting in running shoes puts your foot in an unnatural position.

  • now this is a tough one thanx

  • I was was like "why does this vid have so many dislikes?" Then i saw it was expertvillage. lmaoo

  • ill do this exercise - knee to foot

  • @shav0nne depends if your joints tendons ect can take it.... i do "parkour" and you can drop 10, 15ft plus into a squat position on the toes (not flat footed, cuz ur heel would shatter) Your knees FAAAAAR exeed your toes but alot of people have done this for like 20 years plus, so it depends. Warm up alot first tho

  • Possibly the best leg exercise, after ATG squat.

This exercise is the best in terms of injury prevention and natural leg development. Almost all actions in nature are single legged, and this movement represents the full range of motion of a single leg exercise.

THE most healthy exercise for your body.

  • haha :D how is it inefficient? how is it jeopardizing joints? care to back up this false statement?

  • geez that looks painful

  • But isn't it bad for your knee to go over your toes? I mean thats what I've always been told when doing any type of squat.

  • ill laugh of he shit himself
