I done this exercise an felt a lil tightness it didnt really burn except when i done the leg pushes, reverse crunches i felt a slight burn, maybe because last week when workin out i used weight when workin my abs, I also done planks at the end of this exercise, Wonder how many times a week should i do this exercise? an i wonder if it works ? i want abs really bad, i wonder if this exercise ever worked for anyone an how long before they saw their abs?
