you cannot and will not lose weight doing this. Diet is #1. Niether will any book will tell you how much to eat and when to eat. 1 simple rule that will change your LIFE is eat when your hungry! working out will come as habit and eventually lifestyle. this piece of advice is worth it, its your life
@vershris actually just keep going with it until you see results which isnt a long time i promise. i used to do th is every day during the summer but istopped and i havent excersised since den and i still have my abs. It really does work. but you need time. you just have to have patience to do this. cause your not going to see results right away, but i can tell you they come fast! and stay longgg! GOod lUck! =]
I do the work out lil faster than they do on the video once a day generally - sometimes I forget to or whatever, and it works great for me. - results video on my channel*****
it depends. if you dont have to lose body fat I would do the following. MON AND TUES ABS. wednesday off. THURS AND FRI ABS. WEEKENDS OFF or MON ABS. TUES OFF. WED ABS, THURS OFF AND FRI ABS. WEEKENDS OFF
