Russia and EU to launch partnership talks

Energy issues are likely to take centre stage in Khanty-Mansiysk in Siberia as Russian and European leaders get together for a two-day summit. They're also expected to kick-start negotiations on a new partnership and a co-operation agreement between Russia and the EU.

It would be very interesting, EU and Russia together in long term would make by far the greatest power ever in History,easily overpassing the Roman Empire Glory,for its own time,we would control the world without war,or even having to make any efforts.
