Thats Bullshit. Even if a sign is posted and you are not consuming alcohol and have a CCW you can not be charged criminally for concealed carrying a weapon inside. IF your weapon is discovered you must present your permit and the most that can happen is they have to ask you to leave. IF you refuse you can be only charged with trespassing. Dumbass media. Read the statute.

In my opinion if a business bans firearms from their establishment, they should be required by law to provide armed security.
