  • @LordBunbuns

Autotech 3.0 Inch Cat-back Exhaust for MKV 2.0T GTI

  • @maxt775 so is your GTI an FSI or TSI? And Did you have to get a 3" downpipe before you could install this? and have you had a chip flash?

  • @LordBunbuns FSI, and no downpipe or flash. Everything else other than the exhaust is bone stock.

  • two questions

    1. is the car red or orange?

    2. is there enough room to dual out the tips like on the new 2010?

  • 1. red

    2. yes, although you would need to have a special bumper fitted. or you could custom make one yourself

  • $500 for that :( too much!

  • @Lerry80 A supercharger is different than a turbo. Superchargers are belt driven and turbochargers are powered by exhaust; both are forms of forced induction. The FSI engine has loud ass injectors that sound like a diesel; the TSI does not. I read the rest of that post a few times and can't decipher anything else in it. I think by "aspirate" you meant "naturally aspirated" but you would still be wrong as both engines in the gti are turbocharged. I don't understand. Did I just have a stroke?

  • What was the price on the exhaust?

  • nice!!! how much (Total cost) for this?... yet agian fucking nice!

  • @LordBunbuns Ok..now I'e nderstood we are almost saying the same thing: there are 2 models of GTI but both of 2 are supercharged....TSI (Turbocharged Stratified Injection) and FSI, which is not simple "Direct injection petrol engine), but it is also "Turbo". In fact maxt775 in his first post say "2.0 L T". Now everything is clear!

  • @LordBunbuns hi again lord! please pay attention on the thing that GTI is supercharged....the new golf R is 2.0L TSI (270 cv)....Regarding this "old model" (Golf V) GTI is T-FSI (if it was only FSI it would refer to an aspirate model)...So GTI is T-FSI because it is supercharged....I have to say also that in my family we have an Audi TT 2.0 L and on the front side of the engine there is written "FSI", but behind this there is also written "turbo"...Regards!

  • @Lerry80 there is not such a thing as a TFSI. the GTIs are either TSI or FSI

  • @LordBunbuns Hi Lord! If the author of the video say that this is a GTI, of course it is a TFSI (it should be the one with 200 hp 2.0L)...

  • @maxt775 Do you know what the difference between the TSI model and FSI is? Because I have a TSI and all i know is that the engine is different.
