Underneath the Surface: Modern Day Slavery from Phnom Penh to Portland is a feature length documentary following a young woman's discoveries of a sex trafficking ring in a Cambodian orphanage and the sex trade in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. @phi215420 It is sad, what is sad is that it's worldwide and just as bad here in the US as in Cambodia, but people just don't realize it. That's why we're making this film, to spread awareness and do something about it!

@UnsilencedPictures i can't wait for the documentary to come out. I' m Cambodian but i was born and raised in America, and its sad to see that the people of Cambodia could do that to innocent children, including the government. The system over there is so corrupt. they need a revolution.

@phi215420 There will be. We are in pre-production for the feature length documentary now. We are trying to raise $200,000 in the next year so we can start filming. This short just gives people an idea of what the full length documentary will be about.
